Darul Islah is committed to making quality conflict-resolution, counselling, legal, family, and Islamic guidance accessible to individuals, families, and communities. Our work involves qualified professionals, administrative resources, technology, documentation, and other operational costs. Accordingly, certain services may carry prescribed fees or mandatory payments.
Service Payments
Payments made for services availed from Darul Islah help meet the professional and operational costs associated with providing those services. Depending on the nature of the service, applicable charges may include professional fees, consultation charges, documentation costs, mediation or arbitration fees, and other disclosed expenses.
Why Do We Still Need Donations?
Providing paid services does not eliminate the need for charitable support. While service fees help sustain individual services and cover associated professional and operational costs, donations enable Darul Islah to support individuals and families who may be unable to afford such services, provide free or subsidised counselling and conflict-resolution assistance, assist vulnerable communities, undertake reconciliation and community initiatives, conduct legal-awareness and outreach programmes, and develop resources that may not be financially sustainable through service fees alone. In this way, those who can afford our services help sustain our professional operations, while voluntary donations allow us to extend our mission and support to those who cannot afford them.

Your Contribution Makes a Difference
Whether you are paying for a service, making a voluntary donation, or doing both, your support contributes to building a culture of peace, justice, reconciliation, dignity, and mutual understanding. Every contribution helps Darul Islah continue resolving conflicts, restoring connections, and expanding access to meaningful guidance and support. Voluntary donations further enable us to provide free or subsidised services, support community initiatives, and assist individuals and families who may not have the means to pay, helping make peace, justice, and reconciliation more accessible to all.
